A Thermocouple is a sensor for measuring the temperature. It consists of two different wires welded together from one end to form a junction. The other end of the wire called the reference function is the input to an instrument. As the temperature of the sensing junction increases a thermoelectric potential equivalent to the temperature difference between the two junctions is generated. While placing the order please inform the type of thermocouple required(J-type, K-type, PT-100 etc), probe, dimensions and required wire length.
