Sealed Heaters can be made in ring, flat circular, rectangular or any other customisable shapes. This heaters are mainly preferred where the material which is heated spills over the heaters as these heaters are sealed across the surface of the sheath except the terminals. The outer sheath covering the heater is of Stainless Steel or Mild Steel . This heaters are rugged and have longer life expectancy as the NiCr resistance wire is not in contact with the air. The terminal can be designed stud or wire type.This heaters can be customised in any sizes, cut-outs and holes. This heaters can be fitted in one piece or in pairs.
