Construction
In Ceramic Strip Heaters the helically wounded NiCr resistance wire is evenly stretched and inserted the ceramic insulation blocks which is enclosed in a Stainless Steel, Gi(Mild Steel) sheath. The terminal can be designed stud or wire type.This heaters can be customised in any sizes.

They are widely used in Packing, Hot Plates, Moulding, Ovens, Air Ducts etc
