Construction
In Air Finned Strip Heaters the helically wounded NiCr resistance wire is evenly stretched and inserted the ceramic insulation blocks which is enclosed in a Gi(Mild Steel) sheath. Over the sheath the Gi fins are inserted. The terminal can be designed stud or wire type.This heaters can be customised in any sizes. The fins are spaced such that it increases the surface contact, hence the heat displacement and the transfer of heat into the air increases.

They are widely used in Packing, Ovens, Air Ducts etc.
