Construction :
Low and Medium Density Cartridge Heaters are ideal where high watts is not not required. They are manufactured by inserting spirally wounded NiCr resistance wire into the holes of the MgO core which is enclosed in a SS or Incoloy Tube.which is filled with the MgO powder. They are ideal where the temperature requirement is not more than 350°C. They can be customised in any variety of sizes.

They are widely used in Packing, Textiles, Die Casting, Die Platen, Moulding, Extrusion etc.
