Drum Heaters are mostly used in heating vessels, tanks, drums etc. They are attached to the outside wall to prevent the material from freezing, condensing, precipitating etc.It is manufactured using NiCr resistance wire around high grade Mica Insulation. It can be enclosed in any sheath material while the standard being Stainless Steel and Mild Steel. .The terminal can be designed stud or wire type.They can be customised in any variety of sizes, cut-outs and holes. This heaters are fitted in one piece or in pairs. For fitting in pairs hinges are used at one end and clamps/bolts on the other end are used for hassle free mounting.
They are mostly used in heating Wax, Petro-chemicals, Adhesives, Oils etc.
