Construction :
Coil Heaters, due to its flexibility can be wrapped around Tube Extrusions and Hot Runner Nozzles. This heaters are manufactured similar to High Watt Density Cartridge Heaters. The nozzle coil sheath can be square or round according to the point of application. The windings of the nozzle coil can be distributed and closely wound only where the heat concentration is required. They can be customised in different sizes according to the required specifications.

They are used in plastic mouldings, as heating nozzles etc
