Construction
Bobbin Heaters are mostly used in heat exchangers for heating liquid as replacing the heater does not require the liquid to be drained out. In this heater the helically wounded NiCr resistance wire is evenly stretched and inserted into the ceramic insulation blocks which is supported with a Stainless Steel or Mild Steel rod. The terminal can be designed stud or wire type.This heaters can be customised in any sizes.

They are used in Ovens, Air, Heating Tar, Higher density Oil etc.
