Quartz Heaters are mainly used where infrared radiant heating is required. They can generate wavelengths in near to far infrared range rather than a single wavelength.In Quartz Heaters the helically wounded NiCr resistance wire is inserted into the silica quartz tube. At the terminals specially designed metal or ceramic caps are fitted which protects the resistance wire from damage due to overheating. This heaters can be customised in any sizes.
