Uses :
Silica
fused immersion heaters are specially
designed for the quick heating of
various acidic solutions used in
electroplating & other industries.
However these heaters are not
recommended for Hydrochloric (HCL) or
sulphuric (H2 So4) caustic (NaOH) &
other alkaline solutions. The
significant features of Titanium tube is
that, that is unbreakable.
Note :
These
heaters are mounted vertically only &
not horizontally & immersed upto the
mark of effective length. If the liquid
goes beneath the mark or line of
effective length then heaters will get
fused. |
