As heating elaments for
Dies Moulds, Paterns, Plastic Injection
& Extrusion Barrels, Packaging, Soldering & Bending
Irons Forming of metals & plastic sheets
& various other applications demanding localised heating in works areas for
heating, melting, forming or stamping
metal or other material.
Construction :
Generally, brass &
S.S. is used as sheath but other high
grade materials are also used for high
temperature. Insulating medium is
refrectory. Flexible wire or Screw type
terminal connections are provided at one
end and diameter & length of heater are
as provided at one end & diameter &
length of heater are as per
specification given by customers. These
cartridges are designed for horizontal
mounting.

App. 280°C
